Bedroom should be located in south-west corner by providing windows on south and west walls of the room as the wind in summer flows from south-west direction. To protect bedroom from heat in afternoon from west direction, provide deep open veranda in front of the room. It will also save the room from radiation

My bedroom faces the SouthWest but cannot put a veranda as my mobilehome was placed on the lot backwards so my bedroom is on the corner of two streets. I do have good drapes which are pulled during the heat of the day. Would love to have a veranda but all I have is a small porch outside my livingroom and it faces the houses in the back of me.
