Yes and for many others too...
Mine has just started as construction for a main thoroughfare that ends here next to me will take until 2010 to finish and the over and under for off and on to R67, magnolia on and off, etc. and the highest ramp will be 75' high. So noise will be my companion but the next 2 years. Also they are remaking one of the entrances to our mobilehome park that is by my home and thus added noise. ear plugs anyone?
