However Vastu Sashastra sets an examples to the people about the miracles of this ancient science, which helps in bringing health, wealth & prosperity in life.

Well that is out of the question for me. My microwave and sink faces South and my stove faces west. Cannot be moved as they are set in.
I will be moving into my new house in a few months. I will have my stove placed in the east.

Placing your stove in east is good and Mary south is also not a bad place to keep your microwave but there should be at least a difference of one feet...well though I know u can't help in it, but try if u can.Have a blessed weekend friends.
