As also told earlier that south west is the direction for making Kitchens. If kitchen is in south east direction then you will see that the members of that family will be healthy.This is the best direction as it brings in prosperity too
As south east direction is the direction of keeping fire so water should not be kept in that place. While cooking you must always face towards east.
Kitchen should never be near the toilet or under the toilet as it brings in negative energy.
The colors that should be used in a kitchen are orange, yellow, red etc. Black color should never be used in the kitchen.

Will having my back facing east when I am the stove be OK? my stove faces west, my kitfhen sink faces east. my microwave also is in the east position. My kitchen colors are blue, yellow with some orange.
If you can shift your stove towards south east or east that will be best.sink is fine.microvave needs to be shifted either to north west or south east direction. Colors of kitchen are ok. You can read detailed article in my blog here
Sorry Ritu. I live in a mobilehome and the fixtures like stove, sink and refridgerator are set in place by the manufacturer of the home and cannot be changed. If I move mocrowave the back will be facing west and the front more or less Northeast. I need to place moveable items where they are the most convenient for my use. Right now the microwave back faces east and the front faces north.
West direction for microwave is ok. Sink is also fine. If only you could move your stove a bit towards south. See while cooking it is best if your face is towards east. If not then can it be shifted towards east or south east or if not then just see that it is not towards north . I can understand your limitations.The most important thing to watch out is that there should be atleast 1 feet distance between water point i.e sink and your stove. They should not be together and stove should not be in north direction. As you said it is in west then try bringing it towards south west ,but not near water at any cost.I will tell you through mail few other tips.
Just simply cannot be moved as gas line is a fixed point and water supply to sink is the same. Have no choice. but there is more than a foot between the faucet and the top left burners of my gas stove. oh well they have been that way since 1976 so guess my white light of protection is taking care of everything.
Then its fine, if there is distance between the two. Yes angles are always there to protect u my friend
Presently we are living on 2nd floor and our entrence is from east direction and our kitchen is in centre on south side, we are planning renovation of our house and planning to shift kitchen to south west direction, please comment is it right direction for kitchen

The best direction for kitchen is south east. South west direction is not at all recommended. East and South are the other directions. But in that case East is considered best.
